Clery ABOYA

Founder & CEO, THE BLACK ABO SERVICES FZ-LLC

Who he is. Clery ABOYA is an entrepreneur, coach and strategist. He founded THE BLACK ABO, a Dubai-based organisation bringing together sport, martial arts, coaching, personal development and digital innovation.

What he has achieved. He holds a 5th Dan in Shotokan Karate (SKIF Japan) and is a WKF-certified coach. He was the first Cameroonian karateka to win gold in Individual Senior Kata at the African Karate Championship — Central Region, and won gold at the UAE National Open in 2024 and 2025. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, specialising in International Relations, Strategy, Negotiation and Strategic Follow-up.

His vision. To help people at every stage of life develop confidence, resilience and focus through sport, coaching and technology, turning discipline into lasting performance.
